"Recently, Nancy, the home claims representative, was excellent to work with and extremely helpful! Her knowledge, professionalism and task follow through made an arduous Home Claim process manageable. She insured the communication process between the claims department, and I went as smoothly as possible; as well as taking time to follow up on issues in regard to vendor relations and referrals.
